FAQ ON RETURNING GOODS

Within how many days do I have to return goods?
For your saveonhaircare.nl orders are sent on approval for 14 days from the moment you have received the order. Please check immediately after receiving the goods whether they are undamaged and complete. If not, please contact us as soon as possible to report this.

If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it. This also applies to action items and products from the sale. You can return products :
- Within 14 days
- If the item is complete
- If it is still –for as far as is reasonably possible- in the original state and factory packaging.

In case of compensate, we will pay  back the difference automatically as soon  as possible, but in any case within 30 days, into the bank account known to us.

Some products cannot be returned. It concerns products of which the sealing has been broken (mostly this concerns siccors).

What do I have to do to return the goods?

For fast and proper processing of the returned goods the following  it is important to:
- always put the (copy of) invoice in the parcel
- always put the return form with the parcel

Product  exchange
Do you want to exchange a product? You can return your order within 14 days. State on the return form which product you wish to exchange your item for  or that you want your money back. If you need to pay more, you will be informed by email. If the new product is cheaper, we will pay  back the difference automatically as soon  as possible, but in any case within 30 days, into the bank account known to us. Any money still outstanding due to cashing a gift voucher will not be remunerated.

Do I have to pay forwarding charges if I return something?
In case Save on Haircare processed your order incorrectly or the product was damaged or defective, Save On Haircare will pay the cost of returning the goods. In case you wish to return or exchange goods for reasons other than mentioned above, the cost will be for your account. Processing returned goods can take up  a maximum of 3 weeks (because in case of complaints the manufacturer needs to examine the product.)

If you place an order when returning your goods, saveonhaircare.nl will not charge you any forwarding charges for processing and delivering the new order.

If it has been more than 2 weeks ago since you returned any goods and your return still has not been processed in your account or paid back (in case of an iDEAL payment) into your bank account, you should contact our customer service.
