When will my order be delivered?
When you place your order, you can choose from the available delivery days. Items  in stock  usually will be on your doorstep the next day. You can follow the progress of your order via ‘track order’ on my saveonhaircare.nl. Below you can find a list of the delivery days. For more information please check the General Conditions.

Delivery to your door: overview of delivery days
Underneath you will find an indication of the delivery days for orders regarding items in stock within the Netherlands:

The parcel will be presented twice. If you were not home both times that’s no problem. We will put a notification in your letterbox. With this notification and a valid identity document you can pick up your parcel the next day after 12.00h at the nearest Post.nl service point.

Redirecting your parcel to another address
It is possible to have your order redirected to another address. You can indicate this when you place your order at saveonhaircare.nl, except when you choose for the Klarna payment option.

For handling, checking and delivering your order  you pay a fee. In your cart you can see exactly what forwarding charges you need to pay for your order. If Save on Haircare has to do part deliveries, we will take on the extra cost.

Attention: keep your delivery note in a safe place as it is also your guarantee certificate.
